We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Engineer with strong expertise in Figma, AI-powered design tools, and modern UI/UX practices. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading design teams, creating exceptional web and mobile experiences, and accelerating design processes through AI and automation while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, modern, and responsive UI/UX experiences for web and mobile applications using Figma.
  • Utilize Figma MCP, AI-powered design tools, and automation to accelerate design workflows and improve productivity.
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare structured UI/UX action plans, wireframes, prototypes, and design deliverables.
  • Convert approved web designs into functional, responsive websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Create essential graphic design assets using standard design software and AI-powered tools.
  • Lead and mentor UI/UX team members, ensuring efficient task management and timely delivery.
  • Conduct UI/UX quality audits before product releases to maintain design consistency and usability.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Maintain reusable design systems and ensure high-quality mobile experiences across iOS and Android.
  • Continuously explore modern technologies and AI solutions to improve design quality and achieve faster turnaround times.

What we expect

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma MCP, AI-assisted design tools, and modern design automation workflows.
  • Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Strong expertise in mobile UI/UX design, responsive layouts, and usability principles.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent AI-powered alternatives.
  • Strong requirement analysis, design planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a design team, review deliverables, and maintain high UI/UX quality standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality designs within tight deadlines.
  • Practical AI proficiency, adaptability to modern design technologies, and quick turnaround are mandatory.
