We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Treinetic. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions that enhance user experience and engagement. Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and experience maps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and communicate design strategies that align with business goals.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure designs are user-centred, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and test usability.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of designs.
  • Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, including executives and clients.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase to ensure accurate translation of designs.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback during the development process.

What we expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees can be an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  • Proven experience leading design projects from conception to delivery.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Experience with interaction design and creating intuitive user flows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-centred design approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies.
