At Treinetic (Private) Limited, we specialize in providing innovative software solutions globally, with a strong commitment to quality and security. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain high standards, we follow ISMS (Information Security Management System) procedures across our operations. We are currently seeking a Senior HR Executive who can manage HR functions effectively in a small-scale organization while ensuring compliance with our security protocols and procedures. Previous experience with ISMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • HR Operations: Oversee employee records, payroll management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal security procedures.
  • Employee Relations & Development: Implement training programs, monitor employee performance, and address grievances.
  • Policy & Procedure Management: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with our ISMS protocols and overall company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to ensure HR strategies align with organizational needs, growth objectives, and security standards.

What we expect

  • Education: A degree in HR Management or a related field with professional qualifications (e.g., DHRM).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resource management, with the ability to manage HR functions for a small to medium-sized company.
  • Skills: Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of Sri Lankan labor law, HR best practices, and security compliance requirements. Experience working with ISMS protocols is a plus.
  • Capacity: Ability to manage HR operations independently, implement ISMS-compliant HR procedures, and ensure employee engagement and performance while maintaining security standards.
  • Proficiency in English: Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
