As a Junior HR Executive at our company, you will manage the full cycle of recruitment processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Your responsibilities include overseeing employee records, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal security procedures, and developing HR policies in alignment with our ISMS protocols. You will also handle training programs, monitor employee performance, and address grievances, collaborating closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational needs and security standards.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • HR Operations: Oversee employee records, payroll management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal security procedures.
  • Employee Relations & Development: Implement training programs, monitor employee performance, and address grievances.
  • Policy & Procedure Management: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with our ISMS protocols and overall company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to ensure HR strategies align with organizational needs, growth objectives, and security standards.

What we expect

Requirements

  • A degree in HR Management or a related field with professional qualifications (e.g., DHRM).
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in human resource management, with the ability to manage HR functions for a small to medium-sized company.
  • Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Good understanding of Sri Lankan labor law, HR best practices, and security compliance requirements, Experience working with ISMS protocols is a plus.
  • Ability to manage HR operations independently, implement ISMS-compliant HR procedures, and ensure employee engagement and performance while maintaining security standards.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
