we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a key part in supporting our financial operations by managing accounts, reconciling statements, and analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and invoices.
  • Conduct reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory financial obligations.
  • Monitor cash flow and report any discrepancies to senior management.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation and recording.
  • Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What we expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
