We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Media Executive to drive our social media presence and enhance our brand visibility. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing and content creation, capable of effectively communicating our brand message across various platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our online identity, engaging with our audience, and ensuring our digital strategies align with overall business goals. Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement effective social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, boost engagement, and generate leads.
  • Design and curate compelling content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc. ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
  • Oversee social media channels, managing content schedules, fostering community engagement, and responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

What we expect

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience, (preferably in a marketing agency environment)
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing social media campaigns that drive engagement, grow followership, and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Proficient in using design tools to create visually appealing posts that capture attention. (content writing, flyer design, video editing, photo editing)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, and framing is considered an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising on social media platforms, with experience in ad creation and optimization.
