We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Engineer with expertise in data warehousing, disaster recovery (DR), and Power BI reporting with MongoDB to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage data environments, design recovery strategies, and deliver advanced BI reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.This role is ideal for a professional passionate about data-driven insights, operational excellence, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize data warehouse environments for scalability and performance.
  • Develop and implement robust disaster recovery (Data DR) strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating MongoDB and other data sources.
  • Oversee ETL/ELT processes, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest data engineering, BI, and NoSQL trends to enhance solutions.

What we expect

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and BI reporting.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, hands-on experience with MongoDB, and strong expertise in data warehouse design and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Proven knowledge of data disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, assess performance, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to working with teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Familiarity with public/private sector data policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
