We are seeking a highly skilled Business development executive with extensive expertise in US public sector to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage client recruitments, from meetings and emailing clients with attractive proposals all while ensuring alignment with US public sector policies and regulations, while bringing in sales for the organization. You will play a critical role in driving Client satisfaction, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals. This position offers a dynamic work environment that combines onsite engagement in US with the flexibility of remote work, making it ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in navigating the complexities of public sector & private sector requirements and is passionate about delivering results in a collaborative and adaptive setting.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach strategies. 
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. 
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs. 
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvements in achieving sales targets.  

What we expect

  • Location: Must be based in USA with the ability to work onsite if required, along with remote work flexibility. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development throughout the US Private/Public sector. 
  • Public Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of US public/private sector  policies, regulations, and compliance standards. 
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, assess data, and make informed recommendations in both onsite and remote environments. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors. 
  • Contract and Vendor Management: Proven expertise in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and management specific to public/ private sector. 
  • Bringing in sales: Bringing in sales through existing contacts or newly formed contacts in the form of US based clients.
