The biggest hurdle was ensuring a seamless user experience, where diners could interact with restaurant staff instantly, while also maintaining an interface that was intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate. The project had to balance modern technological advancements with practical usability, ensuring a frictionless experience for both customers and restaurant owners.

How We Helped

Our team worked closely with the client to design and develop FoodieBell, a transformative dining platform that incorporated QR code technology, real-time chat functionality, and customizable interaction features. From the outset, our approach was centered around user experience and technological efficiency, ensuring that the platform was not only feature-rich but also intuitive and adaptable. By combining strong backend infrastructure with an engaging frontend design, we built a scalable and future-proof solution that could evolve with the industry’s needs. The platform’s capabilities extended beyond just communication—it introduced a new level of personalization, allowing restaurants to tailor their service approach based on customer preferences. Specific Actions Taken

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the educational challenges in Qatar and how the Muallemi platform could address them, a combination of research methods was employed. These methods included interviews, surveys, and document review. Interviews were conducted with key stakeholders such as the platform’s founders, tutors, and administrators, providing valuable insights into the system’s design and objectives. Surveys were distributed to both students and parents to gather feedback on their experiences with the platform, as well as to assess its overall impact. Additionally, document review was used to analyze educational policies and previous studies on Qatar’s math and science rankings, contributing to a deeper understanding of the contextual challenges.

Technology Stack & Development

We developed a robust and scalable application by building the backend with Laravel and the frontend with Angular. Our team integrated SMTP, Firebase, and AWS to ensure seamless communication and efficient data storage. Additionally, we implemented WordPress for content management and established continuous integration pipelines to streamline deployment.
