Responsibilities
1. Review tender documents thoroughly to understand project scope, technical requirements, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including sales, marketing, technical teams, and legal, to gather detailed requirements for tender responses.
3. Develop clear and compelling proposals in response to tender opportunities, incorporating technical solutions, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
4. Work closely with technical experts to define solution architectures, project plans, and implementation strategies that meet tender requirements.
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders involved in the tender process.
6. Serve as a primary point of contact for clarifications, negotiations, and follow-up activities related to tender submissions. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to tender management and IT solutions.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains in the tender response lifecycle.
What we expect
- Undergraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable proposals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
