We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in software project management, Agile methodologies, business analysis, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple software projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards while effectively managing project risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, objectives, scope, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and execution strategies while continuously monitoring progress.

  • Lead and coordinate development, QA, UI/UX, and business analysis teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to improve team productivity and project delivery efficiency.

  • Conduct business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder analysis.

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential challenges while implementing effective mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project performance, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

  • Mentor and guide project team members, ensuring effective task management, accountability, and timely delivery.

  • Conduct project quality reviews and ensure deliverables meet business requirements and organizational standards.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes, team efficiency, and overall delivery performance.

What we expect

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in IT project management, preferably within a software development or product engineering environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience in managing multiple software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.

  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirement gathering, process improvement, and translating business needs into actionable project plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and deliver projects within tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong understanding of project risk management, quality assurance, project governance, and performance reporting.

  • Experience working directly with clients and managing technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage.

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, multitasking, and organizational skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
