Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and understand business requirements.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirement documents.
- Participate in client meetings, project discussions, sprint planning, and requirement clarification sessions.
- Work closely with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Support UAT activities, requirement changes, meeting notes, and project documentation as required.
What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Development, QA, Project Coordination, or related software project experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Software Developer or exposure to software development is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, web and mobile applications.
- Ability to prepare clear requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and meeting notes.
- Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools is an added advantage.
