We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will manage client recruitments, from meetings and emailing clients with attractive proposals, while driving sales and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement in achieving sales targets.

What we expect

  • Location: Must be based in Doha, Qatar, with the ability to work onsite as required, along with remote work flexibility.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, with a strong track record of driving sales.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, assess data, and make informed recommendations in both onsite and remote environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Contract and Vendor Management: Proven expertise in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and management.
  • Sales Generation: Ability to bring in sales through existing contacts or newly formed connections, with a focus on clients in Qatar.
