Treinetic is currently seeking a skilled Finance Executive to join our team. As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial activities, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis. You will also be involved in financial reporting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Managing financial transactions and records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization.
- Supporting audits and financial reviews by providing documentation, analysis, and explanations as needed.
- Responsible for salary processes & tax calculations
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision making, budget planning and resource allocation.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Management from an accredited university.
- Fully or partly qualified in CA/ CIMA/ ACCA or equivalent preferred.
- 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficient in-depth understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- In-depth knowledge in QuickBooks
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Must have outstanding interpersonal skills with multi-tasking ability
