Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage our presence on various digital platforms.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain excellent client relations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to discuss project requirements and provide accurate cost estimations.
  • Regularly update and maintain our digital profiles to reflect our services and achievements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Provide detailed documentation and reports on client interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital sales and platform management.
  • Work during off-hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.

What we expect

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to provide accurate cost estimations and manage client expectations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Understanding of Software Development, Mobile Development, and UI/UX design is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work during off-hours to manage clients in different time zones.
