We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with extensive expertise in Canadian public sector procurement to join our team in New Brunswick. Responsibilities

  • Flexible Work Collaboration: Work both onsite and remotely with internal teams and stakeholders, providing expertise in public sector procurement to achieve project milestones and fulfill client requirements.

  • Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and administer procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with Canadian laws, regulations, and organizational policies in both onsite and remote settings.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for procurement activities, identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and improve process efficiency.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all procurement processes comply with Canadian public sector procurement standards and organizational policies.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support transparency and meet audit requirements for public sector contracts.

What we expect

  • Location: Must be based in Canada, with the ability to work onsite in New Brunswick as required, along with remote work flexibility.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Canadian public sector procurement, with expertise in procurement management for government or public projects.
